Which adhesive should be used for assembly?

2. Gorilla Woodglue

We recommend two things.

The advantages and disadvantages of both adhesives are,

Loctite 401 Instant Adhesive is the easiest to assemble because it has the strongest adhesion and quick drying time.

However, due to the nature of instant adhesive, there is a disadvantage that adhesive marks may remain if it flows down.

Gorilla Wood Glue has excellent adhesion and can be easily removed with wet wipes, so it can be assembled cleanly.

Drying time is longer and adhesive strength is slightly lower than that of instant adhesive.

Other possible adhesives

You can also use a polyurethane-based adhesive such as Gorilla Bond,

Polyurethane-based adhesives are as strong as instant adhesives, but they have a long drying time and a lot of adhesive marks remain in mind.

Other general woodworking bonds are not recommended due to their lack of adhesion.
