Even though I run the site and host a hobby fair every year, in fact, making a model is quite rare. One of the reasons was the working environment. In fact, it is difficult to always have a dedicated space for modeling in a typical residential space. Of course, there are sometimes lucky people... Even if you create a dedicated space, it is very difficult to keep the modeling environment clean.
So, while working on tools, I also bought an Arttystation. It is a mini version of the tool currently in progress, but I was able to get it early by using the organizer's privilege (?).
I cleaned up the paints and work tools that were groaning and installing and rolling around. Does it seem neatly organized?
Right now, the desk the Arttystation mini is on is a 120cm desk, which is a normal sized desk. The Arttystation is 30cm deep and can be installed at the end of a 60cm wide desk to create a fairly large workspace. Compared to its predecessor, the full version, the mini version can be installed in a relatively small space and is very practical as it collects only essential functions.
The Arttystation mini can be removed from the tray in the paint compartment. I used almost no Tamiya enamel, so I removed the Tamiya tray and attached the acrylic tray. I couldn't store all of the acrylic paints I had, but I put them in a line on the back so it's perfectly organized.
The other side mainly housed Tamiya acrylic. Unfortunately, large containers do not fit on the tray. There is no problem with storage as it is placed roughly on the back side.
In the center of the top is a space for the manuals to stand. You can put a tablet PC as well as a manual.
The Arttystation has quite a lot of storage space. You can store parts and tools neatly.
There are two small shelves in the middle so you can put various things.
Tools such as tweezers and nippers can be hung like this.
Prototype tools, including brushes, are stored like this.
If you are a modeler, this is the Tamiya Muji adhesive storage box that you have poured out once. This is what I really need.
There is a runner storage box in the center, which is very convenient. I tried using a separate runner stand, but it didn't work, but it is very convenient to store the running runner in this way.
By setting up the Arttystation myself, which I tried with tools but I couldn't use myself, I was able to manage the workspace neatly and efficiently. If you are confused and messy with the modeling space, I highly recommend that you consider Arttystation.
