If you want to receive a refund for the product you ordered, you can request a refund under the conditions and methods below,

  3. If the product has already been shipped, the customer should pay the shipping cost incurred for shipping and collection.
If the product you received is damaged, take a picture of it and send it to admin@arttystation.com After checking the picture, we will immediately ship new parts of the damaged parts to the customer. We pay for delivery if it is not the customer's fault.
Arttystation will personally oversee the processing of all warranty and exchange procedures.

In the case of the following, we will provide warranty service free of charge for it is an initial defect.
