[Inquiry/Request] Items missing and additional purchase items for Opera Full Set
Hello. This is Moonki Kim who ordered a full opera in January.
After assembling all the received products, there are some problems, so please contact us.
1. The length of the'bar' is short
The length of the rod on the left side of the photo is short. Is this originally like this?
If it should be the same as the length of the right bar, I would like to receive only this part.
2. Spare parts
One more set of round paint holders came. Should I return it?
3. Missing 4 pairs of corner boxes
Corner boxes (long and narrow left and right boxes) are filled in only one corner.
(The photo shows the left and spray booth corners are filled. There is no corner box at the corner of the right runner stand...)
Parts to assemble eight elongated small drawers in the corner are missing.
In summary it is as follows.
1. Found 1 part with strange rod length. Want to receive as normal parts
2. One round paint holder set left. Should I return it?
3. Eight long small drawers in the corner are missing. I want to get it right.
I am planning to purchase additional doors and switches for the spray booth.
Can I get the above-mentioned parts (stick, small drawer) together?

1. Products with different lengths seem to contain wooden sticks for concert, not Opera, due to an error in the packaging factory.
We will deliver it again on Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience.
2. What is left of one set of paint is not what is left, it is included as a standard ^^
The paint plate set included in the Opera set is a 36mm set, a 26mm set, and a square set. You can choose two of them.
3. It is correct that the drawer for the corner drawer you mentioned includes one corner drawer and two drawers ^^
Because when you work, you absolutely need an empty space, not a drawer, so out of the four spaces, two are drawers and two are empty.
So, out of the 8 drawers plugged in on one side, you can use 4 on the other side.
If you want to add a drawer to the empty space, you can add it by purchasing an additional medium-sized sarup from the Opera option category.
